I haven't done burgers in forever it seems...we are (or we're till about 430) having real nice 40 degree weather!!! Today like all Saturdays were filled with chores...puppy to the vet, instal washer, clean garage, work on boat, store!! Yep burgers and beer!

Ok so I changed my coal set up!! I really like how concentrating the coals inside some bricks really brings thing up in heat...so here was the start!

Wow Morgan, there's a burger thread going on about flavor I think you need to post a pic in that thread too. I can almost taste those burgers from here! Awesome cook man!

is that secret sauce?

Jim, if yer lookin' for a burger sauce to try, you might try this one I came across - it's not too bad:

1/4 C Kraft Miracle Whip
1/4 C mayonnaise
2 heaping Tbl Wishbone deluxe French salad dressing
1/2 Tbl sweet pickle relish
2 heaping tsp dill pickle relish
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp dried, minced onion
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp ketchup
⅛ tsp salt

Mix everything very well in a small container. Microwave 25 seconds, and stir well again. Cover, and refrigerate AT LEAST 1 hour before using.

Regards,

Rooster

Thanks folks...it hit the spot!

No secret sauce here...Cannot beat red rooster mayo!!

Thanks gain for looking.
