My wife planned on enhiladas for Sunday football..had some chores Saturday am then my wife asked if I'd smoke up some chicken for the enchiladas..sure thing babe!! About 3 lbs of Ta Ta's seasoned with a bit of penzy's north wood seasoning and a bit of pecan smoke!! Opened up a few pumpkin ales and turned up the tunes!

After a few beers it was done!!

And my wife turned them into these for Sunday!!

Kids wanted to know what was next??

So we did some burgers...


All plated up!

Took a quick pic of the coals at cleaning time!!

And that was about it...I didn't get any plated shots of the enchilada feed...we took them over to another couples house...things got out of hand and didn't have time...they turned out great thought!!

Burgers and Enchiladas looks AWESOME!!! I would like to delve into this bowl of goodness - immediately!
 
I feel sorry for those two dogs? Does anyone realize how many times they have to live through such great meal preparation only to see it eaten by humans?:)
 
Great job on the cooks Morgan, but your wife did a awesome job on the Enchiladas. ;) I see the kids were keeping an eye on you for there plate, please dad!!!
 
Great cook and your wife did a wonderful job on the enchiladas! If we're cooking or grilling our fury kids are always close by too. I've been known to be clumsy and drop a few pieces of chicken on occasion, no clean up required.
 
Man Morgan, I could eat about five pounds of those enchiladas right now. Great job on everything! That plate shot of the burger is wonderful too.
