Sammie Clone

I made the bread and my wife made the sandwich. I've had one of these every day for lunch this past week. We're doing Subway clones. This was our version on my favorite Subway sandwich, Cold Cut Combo. We've done a few Spicy Italian clones as well. It's fun and delicious and passes the time. No grilling or smoking, but what the heck, I don't do it very often.
