Rotisserie Pork Loin

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Bought a pork loin today cut a third of it up seasoned with a little Bad Byron's Butt Rub and some no salt Costco Seasoning. Also made some Ranch style beans with some sauteed onion and ham added.
Roast and beans done.


Collard greens with smoked pork neck added.

Nice thin sliced loin! I've always just made thick cuts and had it like a chop, but I love the sandwich idea.
 
Beautiful pork loin, John...however, I'm totally fixated on those collard greens. My local supermarket sells pork neck, so the next time I have extra space in the smoker, some pork neck is definitely coming along for the ride. Heck of a meal from top to bottom.
 
I didn't see the sandwhich coming while looking at the loin on the rotiss.
