'bout an hour before game time, i fired up the 22" WSM with the RIB-O-LATOR ready for action
the wings were sectioned and marinated in Frank's Chile 'N Lime overnight.
Spread out evenly on the ROL, here we go!

Plated with the ribs, everything was pretty good.
Raw veggies for a simple side with a cold Miller beer at hand.

Although The Wisconsin Badgers made it a game, The Stanford Cardinal showed they wanted it more!

Thank you for visiting! Happy New Year everyone!

Sorry about the Badgers loss, at least your food was a winner Jim!
Wish I had some of the wings ribs right now, I'm ready for my mid-morning snack.

Tough game Jim - Stanford is a darn good team. Seems like you guys lost most games by just a couple of points. Sometimes the ball just bounces that way. Good looking cook of course...you are always winning on the grill!

Food looks fantastic!!! Sorry about the game but at least you still have the Packers!!

Very delicious cook Jim! This is a reminder that I need to dig my ribolator out of the shed and start using it again.
Too many toys and not enough grills and time!:D Enough already said about the Rose Bowl. It was a real good game
and you are right Stanford must have wanted it more! How about them Dawgs!!!

THANKS A LOT JIM!!! GEEEEZ-AA-WHIZZZ!!!

Now I have to buy a Rib-o-lator.

I am a wing fanatic and they look perfect!!

What is that , a little Ferris wheel for the wings? That is so cool! A rib o later? I gotta look into that! Nice looking wings & ribs , brother.
