Rolled Shé~cone!

dusted up two nice sized chicken breasts with more of this

got out the 18" Avocado green 3-wheeler for this short cook

and cooked in my ol' stompin' grounds

chopped up a sweet onion, some baby sweet peppers & tossed it all in a CIS

then the bird breasts were grilled...

not much later, the shé~cone was sliced and topped a huge sliced roll with the onions/peppers...

cheeses were added THEN broilered seconds to melt...

the breasts were soo tender, with the rolls soo soft & fresh and the gooey cheeses with the peppers & onions...

Looking Good! I woulda added some spicy mayo on some part of the bread. I'll betcha it was tasty anyhow.
