Ribs!


 
I haven't made ribs in a long, long, time.... and I have a bunch in the freezer. This thread was an incentive to get some out.

Very cool, Jim. Love the video, spares look terrific, and I still can't get over the size of that beef rib. It's like the rib that tips the car over in The Flintstones!
 
Wow, wow,WOW! Awesome cook Jim. I'll take that plate. Getting cold at the St. Joe pier...hurry going to be in negative digits again.

Jim; very fun video and great cook! Nice to "see" you in a video and hear "the" voice from Wisconsin and the Pigvilion! The ribs look fantastic!! Love the big beef rib!
