Hi all,
I´m going to create a post for the ribs cooked at my Q.
I had some friend at Sunday so I prepared three spareribs. I rubbed them with a soya sesame dressing and then with some spices.
Two hours using indirect cooking, half an hour covered with foil and then glazzed with BBQ sauce.
