Ribs were on the menu for the tailgate this weekend. Decided to cook the ribs at a friends house since the deck provided better wind protection..
The view from the front porch

Ribs sauced and ready to come off the smoker

I have to say, some of the moistest ribs I've ever done!

Plated with some fries and today's beverage of choice

a few shots of my wife, son(black hoodie) and his friend(camo),and the stadium..

Ribs took a little over 4 hrs. I used hickory and cherry. I read where cherry gives a beautiful color and boy is it true! Great color and it really blends well with the hickory. We had a great time at the game, and playing in the first snowfall of the year!
Thanks for looking, & have a blessed week
