Ribs and wings

This Saturday we celebrated was my daughter´s birthday so the family came home.
it was a very nice day, almost November but we had sun and could eat in the garden.
A perfect chance for testing new recipes :cool:

A pile of ribs, sweet chilly. Honey wings and drumsticks. Blood (and rice) sausage, butifarra (white chorizo).
I made also homemade tater tots and grilled carrots.
The desert was grilled pineapple and chocolate truffles that my daughter made.
I have no more photos :(

Looks good! That's a lot of food done on some small grills.

What are the white things? The butifarra?
 
Great looking birthday cook Alber. You daughter's a lucky gal. I'd really like to try that sausage and the Butifarra. The homemade Tater Tots sounds interesting.

Thank you all.
I replied yesterday to the post, but from the mobile and something got wrong.

The blood sausage is very common in Spain, called morcilla. This is rice morcilla but you can find onion and some others.
About butifarra it is not a very good one, but it´s so good.
The recipes are from the Complete Weber Book.

Now that winter is comming I have to learn how to use the BBQ under my porch.
