RIBEYE! A Silent Movie

I recently had to cook boneless Ribeye Steaks for our party of six out in the desert. I decided to use my wash tub fire pit and Mojoe Griddle to put some serious sear on those bad boys! I made a video of the cook and decided to keep my mouth shut and let the meat do all the talking. Here's the video:

Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Thanks Eric!

The music was written, performed and produced by my son John specifically for this video. He said he first edited the video and then played what he felt while watching it!

The Mojoe is a crust machine! All the juices stayed in the steaks rather than dripping into the coals.

Great video Cam, brought back a lot of memories of our family camping out by the Salton Sea at the Anzo Borrego off road area. Great times!

Excellent job both the cook and the music just excellent. Yes that does bring back lots of great memories for us. Welcome to the forum and keep them coming.

I don't normally watch the movies, but sure am glad I did. I enjoyed it very much, you killed the cook on that MoJo. Excellent!!!

I think that's gotta be my favorite video to date! I love the Mark Knopfler-isk sounding music! Kudos to your Son!As for the Rib Eyes..one word. Fabulous!

I can only echo what everyone else has said. The music was beautiful. I would buy that record. The video was perfect and the steaks looked A-mazing. best post I have seen on this forum to date.

Great looking steaks Cam! Wish there was an area like that to camp in nearby, way too crowded here.

Thanks Chuck! I'm glad you decided to watch! My next video will be "Mojoe Bacon Pancakes" cooked on my campfire out in the middle of the desert. I didn't shut my yapper for that one but there will be some humor!

Great Looking Meal! Fun video and nice music to go along! Love the wash tub cooker!

Thanks Case!

I love the wash tub pit too! In addition to the Mojoe, you can also drop the grill grate from from your Weber right on the top too!
