Thanks for sharing Mr. Davis. Gotta go for the twice baked potatoes on the kettle soon. Never have the time/guts.
 
Heck of a meal, Scott. Gotta love bone-in ribeyes, especially when they're cooked as nicely as yours. I've always been curious to try the Kirkland seasonings, as I've generally had positive experiences with all their other products.
 
Scott - great looking steaks. I like the 2xbaked idea too and it is hard to beat a wedge salad for simplicity and elegance...
