It's time for for a steak.
Steaks seasoned with Kirkland steak rub and extra cracked black.

Russets on for twice baked.

Steaks after the flip.

Pulled off at 130 deg.

Plated with twice baked taters and iceberg.

Heck of a meal, Scott. Gotta love bone-in ribeyes, especially when they're cooked as nicely as yours. I've always been curious to try the Kirkland seasonings, as I've generally had positive experiences with all their other products.
