Our 8th straight 100+ day came in yesterday at 105.
When the grillin' gets hot, this griller keeps his butt in the A/C house!
But I have Webered on 4 of the last 5 days.
Last night it was a boneless rib roast, frozen from last winter, that needed cooking.
Rubbed with Weber's Steak and Chop seasoning, my new fav for most anything.
Apple wood for a little smoke,
It took over 2 hours to reach 125 internal.
Plated up with some sweet/sour tomatoes, garlic bread, and mashed with butter.
The white stuff is a dipping sauce made with sour cream, horseradish, and minced garlic.
A terrific meal!
It's been just my wife and I for dinner this week, so for lunch today I have a choice of bbq ribs, grilled chicken, pulled pork, or the roast.
Lots of leftovers.
