Is yours actually noisy or are you just guessing it may be?

I have the same one and mine is very quiet.
I love it, I especially like not having to mess with ice.

I originally picked it up thinking it may come in handy for a trade, but once I used it, it had a permanent home.

It is too noisy for indoors, a very audible hum plus it gets v hot on both sides. I have now turned it off. Not sure just a service will suffice but will ask about. I will keep my eye out for another one locally. The lid has a brownish tint.

It looks like Paul's came with the original Weber basket and wine caddy. Mine didn't have any accessories but I found baskets that work just fine.
I just use mine outside but had it in the garage while cleaning and testing it - it's very quiet.
I assumed drinks would need to be cold before adding them to the Chill, so I was very pleased when it actually chilled my room temp drinks.

Definitely add a "white noise machine" to your list.😄
