This is one of our favorite recipes and we make it often. You can find it in Weber’s “Smoke” and also on the Weber site. Basically it’s a Dijon & Garlic marinade/paste with Thyme, Balsamic and celery seed.
Actually he’s right on cue. This is where I usually chop up the larger pieces of lump before a cook. No lump for this one though.
Rib Eyes and asparagus just about done.
Plated with some taters and gaaalic bread.
