Been a while since I read or posted on the board... Still been grillin/smokin/cooking but inconsistent with Pics. My boys are getting into the heart of ice hockey, rec soccer and travel soccer season as well as Chess lessons...
My oldest turned 9 this month an wanted 2... I quote " 2 big pink steaks"
He got some porterhouses (about 3/4 lb each) and ate 1.5 of them ( left a small amount of strip on 2nd one) ... Also had 3/4 can cranberry sauce and 2 ears of corn

Some cedar planked salmon, Cajun tilapia and soy/garlic/ginger salmon



Hot and fast smoked 10 chicken leg qtrs.. Marinated in Goya chipotle and seas with jamacain jerk with some apple wood for about 50 minutes

Rotisseried an 8 lb turkey breast, drip pan potatoes and 1.5 racks of ribs with some baked taters



A gang of chicken legs marinated in something and grilled and eaten !

Really good eatin! But gotta scarf it Down fast and get off to practices ...
