Wow Tony, I'd hate to have to pick a favorite out of those three. If I were pressed into it, I think I'd take door #1. Pork steak, mashed and corn. Wow! All three are tremendous though.
 
All looks good to me Tony!! Those pork steaks take the show for me!! As much as I like good enchiladas and steak..I don't get much pork so those look outstanding!!
 
Tony - please let me know when a house next door to you comes up for sale. You can teach me how to cook these amazing meals, you can invite me over to share them, or at the very least teach me how to photograph them! I thought I would be happy with the pork steaks - until I saw the enchiladas - until I saw the rib eyes! :D But being from Missouri I have to go pork steaks as #1 and enchiladas as #2....I can't afford rib eyes :(

If i ever head out your way I'm definitely going to have to look you up! I'd love to try out some of that!
 
Tony, y'all should just sell all your kitchen stuff and cook outside all the time... Great looking meals!
