Marinated chicken, bacon & grated cheddar.

Those look tasty. I thought the pics of the ones she made looked pretty darn good and then I scrolled down and saw yours. You clearly know the appropriate amount of cheese to put on something.
 
Don - I caught this episode over the weekend and you nailed the sammies. Wish I could place an order for today's lunch!!

That looks like a killer sandwich.
I generally go right passed that show.
May need to check it out.

You blend the avocado in a food processor or just chop 'em by hand for that mayo?
