Rainy day Rotisserie Chicken


 
Chuck, you like to put a few lit coals under the bird so the dripping fat atomizes and adds another flavor level? Or add a roasting pan below with some small potatoes, onions and peppers? That's gold you're putting down the charcoal catch.

Your spinner looks great. I could get into that fo' sure. And the weather was perfect grilling weather. The rain was refreshing up here.
