Rainy Day Making Bacon and a Ribeye Dinner

Another day of rain, so we moved under the covered patio with the JJ to cook our ribeye and corn.
Simple dinner, Ribeye smoked with olive wood. Barb made up one of here corn recipes and some
Leftover planked potatoes and some sautéed onions and mushrooms in a little Mr. Yoshidas sweet teriyaki sauce.
Made six pounds of bacon in the morning before the rain came. Smoked with Applewood and cured with black pepper and brown sugar.
