Quick Pastrami

Made a quick pastrami a week or so ago. I used Chris's recipe over on the Bullet. Came out really good but I think next time I'll spring for a little higher quality corned brisket. Here's a few pictures.

You'd think I'd have the wherewithal to remove that onion from the top of the sandwich!
