Quick mini burger post for Sunday football!!

Howdy folks...jus a quick mini burger cook from a remote location!! Football Sunday is at a buddies house and he just happens to have a newer performer!!

Burgers seasoned with worst and S&P and garlic...yep double fisted again!!

First set of about 30 mini burgers up!

Getting done!!

And plated with beans, tater salad, fries, mini turkey sliders...man way too much food!

Man this was good!! Ok got to get my buddy posting his own cooks here soon!! Back to the hawks game!! Yikes no kicker!

Nice!! I like the setup you did to cook the burgers. I usually do them on the old gas grill. I also like the Rainier beer in the background, it's been a long time.

Thanks folks...the hawks pulled this one off ...Whew....I was worried for a bit!! Great food and friends on Sunday has been our steady for about 7 weekends in a row but we are taking this next Sunday off since the hawks play Thursday!

I love the concept of coals in the middle and a cool perimeter! It's very similar to the searing mode on a Big Poppa Drum Smoker. Nice meal!
