Quick Kabobs.....

It was supposed to rain here so we needed something quick. Sirloin in the microwave to defrost, grabbed some pineapple chunks from the store, cherry tomatoes and onion were “hanging around”.

Getting ready…..

That was for Nancy, here’s mine. Yes, I like meat!

Mushrooms added for my lovely wife. Thanks Morgan!

No plated pics but Nancy made some potatoes and corn to go with this. She loved the mushrooms…..once again, thanks Morgan.

As Always…. thanks for looking.

Great looking kabobs Rolf! Where did you get the kabob set? I just bought
one through the Amazon link here, not like that but similar so I won't have to
use my fire bricks as kabob holders. I really like the way your kabobs are 2
pronged if that makes sense.

Nice work Rolf...kabobs look outstanding and glad Nancy likes the shrooms!! See you got your amazon CI too! Looks great on your setup!

Nice!!

Mike the kabob set is actually part of an older Weber accessory. The whole set consists of the kabob prongs, a beef/turkey holder and a chicken/rib rack. All of them utilize that black base in some way. I was going through the back of a local old store and came across two of these sets, boxed and covered in dust. I asked “how much” and was told $10.00 for the both. I kept one and gave one to a friend. Sometimes you get lucky.

Nice colors on Nancy’s kabobs, but my favorite is also your wires kabob.
Something quick but very nice Rolf!

Great cook. Those two prong wires are great, so easy to turn without the food turning on you. Wish I could find some.......................d
