I'm down in the Bay Area again for a few days. Got here rather late due to traffic. Grabbed a pound of 80/20 and did some cheeseburgers. Here's a few pics.

Got everything ready to go.

Used onion rolls left over from my Pulled Beef cook. Also, some Deli American Cheese, nice lettuce and a slice of sweet yellow onion. Also mixed up my go to sauce, mayo, Ketchup, sweet relish and some chopped shallot.

Got some Tots going for about 45 minutes.

Got the burgers on the JJ.

After the flip. Burger stuck a little to grate. Used oil but still stuck. Bummer.

Here's your virtual plate. Since you can't eat it, I did. Thanks for looking.

Yep, I'd eat a few of those. They look great even before cooking. I've got steaks just about thawed for dinner, but I'm thinking about switching to burgers after seeing your pics.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Sure appreciate it!

I found a song about your lunch:

Thanks for the nostalgic music Clint. Not sure my burger deserves it, actually quite sure. Hate to see what you'd send for a steak! LOL

How did you take a bite outta that big, beautiful, burger Cliff?

And you Brian, I cover myself in napkins, four fingers on top, thumb on bottom, and squish the tar out of it! Compresses nicely!!!

That might've been a little over the top lol. I was replacing the lyric love with lunch, and then I just figured I'd post it about your sandwich. I damn near went and bot some tots and I was (am) out of hamburger buns..... I just got back from a 30 mile road bicycle ride and that plate sure looked good :) I wound up using what I had on hand instead and was plenty satisfied but still (lol)

Doesent get mutch better then that! Love that spread aswell...I do add a tiny splash of white wine vinager aswell.
