Pulled Pork Nachos

I was going to title the thread "Go Giants pulled pork nachos" but I've probably done enough of that for one week, LOL

I was going to make pulled pork pizza today, but it looks like we're going to go to the Giants day game today. So I had to get in a Go Giants before we head out

I've been making these for years with "scoop-style" chips.

I chop/slice the pulled pork, stir in BBQ sauce, heat (by itself), fill the chips, add a little salsa and top with cheese...35 seconds in the microwave and done.

Every chip is a party.
 
Nice! Two games in one week? Awesome (and they won both of the ones you went to, also!)

I've got some PP I just pulled out of the freezer, I think my kids would dig nachos.

That's what I'm saying. My bride gave me an F on these nachos. She said I should have had some Guac, sour cream and peppers....

That's easy for her to say, I had to call in sick today and sleep in. Then I had to rush off to see the game (that we won in OT) Howz a guy suppose to call in sick, and go to the ballgame and kick out picture worthy nachos? Women....very hard to impress
 
Looks damn good to me!! Giants are going to make a run in the second half, keep them cooks coming!
 
Man, you got to see a great game Chuck. Nothing better than a walk off in extra innings. I do love sour cream and guacamole but those nachos are stand alone. Looks delicious!

Awesome looking nachos chuck, but I agree with you wife need the rest of the good stuff.
