Sprouts is having a sale this weekend & couldn't stop myself:

K salt, pepper, Oakridge carne crosta for the rub. Drizzled with evoo.

Used Weber briquettes for fire. Mesquite for smoke.
Started on the cool side of the grill.

Was messing around with texting & internal temps got to 125*. Was going for 120*. Oh, well...
Seared for 2 minutes per side.

Steaks were a little more medium than I prefer. Still they were really good.
Was a nice Friday night dinner.
 
Boy, when you get on a roll, you don't mess around Robert. You've done some fine looking cooks this past week and those Strip Steaks look fantastic. Wish we had a Sprouts up here to generate a little competition with the locals. Sides look delicious also.
