Prime New Yorks For Dinner

a great oneSaw these yesterday at Costco and couldn't resist.

Just over 1 1/2lbs. combined weight.



Coarse Sea Salt and Pepper only.



Couple of bakers.



Added a couple of ears of sweet corn when potatoes almost done.



Steaks on.



Flip.







Plated.





Boy, this steak was fantastic. Best Costco steaks yet. Getting close to the weekend and I hope you all have. Thank you for looking!

Yes, Tyson, on my JJ Probably use that little guy as much or more that any of the rest of my grills.
