Got the 16 pounder on the WSM (after a 22 hour brine and 14 hour rest)

Did mine on the Performer with the Weber rotisserie I just purchased. No prep or action shots, but the bird turned out great.

I Ham what i Ham.

Injection marinade
Captain Morgan Rum, Brown Suga and budda, had to make a few rounds of this and have a Rummy Dummy or two myself.

Ham on and rubbed with Texas Pig Rub, more marinade and brown sugar.

No plated pictures had to get up at 4am today drive 165 miles, work 5 hours and then drive back home.

But brought some of this tasty beer home from Santa Barbara.
So all is good.

Jeff, my wife is not a big fan of turkey and when I started showing your ham pics she was ooooing and ahhhing and getting ecited for the carved juicy ham...... LOL, no pic hahaha. Anyway how did it taste?

Tasted great.

I really can't say it was the best Ham ever, because this was my first Ham on the WSM.

But i will tell you this it was juicy and made great samies in Santa Barbara while at work today.

Give it a try, a happy wife is always good.
