Post Championship Sunday Cook

Apparently I had too many adult beverages (verified from numerous participants) which I argue, because I know I didn't even start until after 8AM. Anyway, my Championship Sunday cook was anything but all that, and I needed to make it up to famn damily. What do you do when you have to make up? BBQ Burgers!

If there's anything that the Smoke Fire (aka Easy Bake Oven) does well, it makes great burgers. I set the temp to 300, but when I check the temp at the middle vent, it's 350+

Seems to be the perfect temp for burgers
