Posole and carnitas.

Had a 10# butt so decided to divide.
Doing that and installing a ceiling fan, and watching the first game, I'm beat.

I do carnitas quite often, usually after trimming spares down to St. Louis, but haven't done Posole in years. Good time of year to cook up a batch.

I added a can of condensed milk to the carnitas, came out well. I usually add some neck bones and rib tips to my posole ( bone stew )
Just chunked up a butt this time.
