Looks awesome! About halfway through the pics, I was thinking "a nice steak like that deserves a big red wine, not a beer". Glad to see you switched it up. ;)
 
Dang Bill, you nicely prepared those steaks and then you destroyed them! Well, at least your's was destroyed. You are the King of steak my friend.
 
Beautiful steaks and plate, Bill. It's been a long time since I've had a Porterhouse. Your photo's are wonderful. Obviously, you've got a nice back up to your D 90. Any progress on repairs?
 
Nice looking steak, look to be medium rare. What was your cook time? Did you combine direct and indirect ?
 
This is your best post yet, Bill! I love that there are no words. I've drooled over so many of your cooks, as I looked at all the pics, my brain went to auto pilot. And it sounded just like you'ld write it up! Thank you for stimulating our minds, and our appetites!
