Robert & Kim making the meal! Nicely done. Can't go wrong with Tony's refried beans, I'm sure you'd get his seal of approval on them, looks great!

Just curious, when you foiled at 7hrs, did you put it back on, or was that rest time. Is that the dripping? Looks really good
 
I cooked it for seven hours then put Lawry's Santa Fe marinade sauce on it in foil and put it back on the smoker for four hours.
 
You nailed it. The plated pic looks better than you get at any restaurant. You are making me hungry.
