pork 'n crash hots

a few brined country style pork ribs for Wednesday night's supper

after getting the 26"OTG ready for cookin', the sun was setting in this town

got the large kettle to 300ºF with apple wood for smoke and smoked the pork indirect for an hour

after the hour, I mixed a bottle of sauce with a bottle of brew...
tossed everything into a covered foil pan and back on the grill now at 400ºF

while that was happening, crash hot potatoes were gettin' cooked too.

dinner was served with steamed broccoli and the crash hot's with extra sauce poured over the pork.

I lerned this one from you a few years back. And frankly its one of my top 10 cooks. You always do it right bro!
 
you can believe me or not, but I crash hots've never cooked. And yeah, I am ashamed:(
