Here is the line up for our Grill Fest 2. We went all out, it's gonna be fun.
Here are the tomahawk chops seasoned up the night before.
And the ribs ready to go too
Loading up the smoke tube. I like to mix the pellets with the wood chips, it's gonna be guud.
The tomahawks are getting their cold smoke on for an hour, because they will be in broth later.
Giving the T-chops a good sear over Wicked Good Lump.

Stuck these Coleman Baby Backs right over the pan below, going to catch some drippings. Nice flavor
Time to throw in some smoke wood. Buried some apple wood chunks in the bottom of the charcoal chamber with Kingsford Blue bag. Top that off with Wicked good lump. Now throwing in Mojo Brick Red Oak with Jack Daniel's wood chips in the smoke tube

Pork Fest 4 Grill Fest part 2

Added a jar of sauerkraut to the T-chops and a little Bone sucking sauce to the ribs along with a spud around 4 hrs later.
The wife made some of her dumplings to add to the T-chops & sauerkraut.
Gave the ribs another coating of sauce, looking real guud
Took the ribs off after about 6 1/2 hrs and the spud too. Foiled the ribs till the rest was ready.
The T-chops, sauerkraut & dumplings are ready finally. Looks delish
