Pork Chop Heaven

Found some beautifully marbled Pork Loin Chops at the market and put them in a brine yesterday of salt, Juniper Berries and Allspice Berries for a 24 hour soak

Made up a melange of orange and green peppers, some of my garden Jalapeno's, seeded, garlic spanish onion and EVOO S&P and a few tbsp of Chicken Broth. Oh, shrooms also

Peppers on the Genny, Chops dried and rubbed with Penzey's Arizona Dreamin, salt free version

Fall is here for sure, Dogwood Berries feed the Squirrel's and Birds and I help out all winter

Squash is pumping out for us big time and the second crop of peppers and tomatoes and lettuce is still coming up

Flowers are still making great indoor Bouquet's for us, mixed in the garden with Marigolds and others we had our most pest free year yet

Peppers getting done, chops on getting lightly browned both sides

Browned and placed with the pepper mix to finish, foiled till done at 135

Probably one of the last nights for outdoor eating so we took advantage of it

Don't sweat it . Happens all the time. Just happened to me this afternoon shooting my tripod outside with incandescent white balance set from shots I took last night . Man the pictures were pure blue! I shoot in RAW so was able to correct it.
