Pork Chop and Grilled Green Beans

Picked up a couple nice pork loin chops and some fresh green beans. Cooked them up last night for a quick dinner. Here we go.

Used McCormick's Grill Mates Pork Rub to season the chop.

I chopped up some bacon crumbs for the beans. Used the fat to coat the beans.

The bacon pieces. Held these out until beans were done.

Beans and chop on some medium high heat. Stirred beans frequently.

Beans done about six minutes and chop around eight.

Plated.

Very tasty meal. I over cooked the chop just a tad, for my taste, but still was excellent. Thanks for looking everyone!

Good looking chop. I wish I can get those in my area. When I ask they always say... We already cut up everything.

Cliff, great looking food. Those beans look killer, and adding the bacon after is so smart. I would have tried to cook them together without seeing this.

That pic of a bite of chop looks delicious.

Cliff - I love the idea of grilled beans - I will be trying those real soon. That chop looks perfect too. Great cook dude!

Regards,

John

Good looking chops! I've done foiled green beans on the grill, but not like that! I may have to invest in one of those grill wok dohickeys!
