That looks beautiful. It never stops surprising me how great the rottiserie makes everything look.
 
Very nice job, that roast was well tied. Must have been a fine meal.

Not long ago I did a pork roast on the rotisserie and added sprigs of fresh rosemary under the strings as well, thought it added nice flavour.
