Poor fish....

Last Friday I wanted to grill some tilapias when Maribel comes home and said did you buy enough oil? Again my plans changed. Took out our cast iron disc and fried some tilapias.

Seasoned with garlic salt and a local seafood seasoning.

This is a family favorite for sure and to be honest it was my best so far.
