Glad you and Maribel liked the Pepper Plant sauce, it has it's own distinct flavor.. i use it on everything, burgers, eggs, tunafish sammies, meatloaf, Bloody Mary's etc.

Sorry Tony, I have to agree that you purchased a Halo grill. But, there's hope! As Chad Bman said, it changes colors when hot! So, you have an out! Anyhoo, great cook and great cook.
