We were going to have a playoff party, but a recent emergency trip to St. Louis put the damper on our party mood. But I still wanted some wings to tailgate at home before the game. Not that it helped. I even got the dog dressed up!

I marinated some wings in spicy ranch dressing for about 21 hours, and to half of them I added some Weber Kickin' Chicken for extra oomph!

Onto the OTS,indirect for about 30 minutes. I used a chimney of K,with some maple chips for flavor.

And the rare plated shot! I made home made blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce.
The wings were much better than the game! Oh well, good food and good brew make a lot of things better!

Sir, did you say spicy ranch? Recipe, please!

That sounds perfect for the way we like our wings.

Great looking wings Phil..I wanted to see Carolina win today as well..mostly cause I didn't want to play the 49ers next weekend and wanted to see that playoff rematch...

Great wings and great set-up... Wings are the perfect addition to any football game. Well, beer too, but that's a given. Then again, beer is great with anything, especially BBQ...

Thanks for sharing!

Shake it off Phil. Glad we made it as far as we did. Most teams were watching it on TV like us today.

Nice wings btw.

B, my grill garden. Genesis, WSM, OTS, and a WBO (wood burning oven).

I was just thinking of asking the same question, Phil! But, I'm glad someone else did and it was already answered. I love your "Grill Garden"; very cool, indeed. My dream is to someday get into a house where we can install a full outdoor kitchen.

Oh, and the wings look fantastic! One of my all-time favorite foods.

Thanks for sharing!

Luke,I just used bottled spicy ranch dressing. It's in the salad dressing aisle, right next to the regular ranch and two bottles down from the bacon and tomato ranch! :D
