Saw this on Raichlan's show several monts ago and have wanted to try it ever since. It was worth the wait. Recipe here:

After processing with lemon juice, piri piri sauce and EVOO:
Chicken after soaking several hours:
On the grill after a quick, skin down browning:
Almost done. Time to throw on a BSB for the missus:

Plated up with a cucumber salad and some leftover Indian rice:
