Saw this on Raichlan's show several monts ago and have wanted to try it ever since. It was worth the wait. Recipe here:

Ginger, shallot, garlic and cilantro ready for the cuisinart:

Hope you've had a great weekend. Haven't been postin much lately, but I've been reading and am amazed at the talent and creativity around here. Some amazing chefs.
