think I like being a Fanboy!

Have a Great Night Folks!!

Amazing meals, Jim. I'm normally pretty nonplussed by chicken breasts, but you and many other people on this board have really changed my tune.

A couple more super lookin' cooks, Jim! I too, hate it when Martini Hour has to come to an end.:( Great job, my friend!!

Great looking cook(s), I like how you set your grill up on the ribs. I need to try that. That is one huge plate, nice photos.

Great looking cooks Jim! Martinis I've had a few in my lifetime...I always over do it with Martinis and feel awful the next morning. Maybe it's when I finish the 1/4 bottle of Vodka straight up :)

Thank you everyone!

James, the ribs were cooked on the 22"WSM... am I misunderstanding your statement???

Oh Roger, there is your FIRST mistake. MARTINIS are made with GIN!
and very good gin at that.... ;)

That's one heck of a slab of Flintstone ribs!

My Fav Gin = Beefeater's but prefer it in grapefruit juice and a salted rim vs martini.

Dare I say ...nice job Fanboy!?!?!

You know Chris has been thinking about changing the name of the forum. Maybe it should be "the fanboy's forum" or "wsm fanboys"
Nice cookin btw Jim.

thanks everyone:)
& thank you all for votes on that other chicken thing I got caught up in ;)
It feels pretty dam nice being a Fanboy.
