Oh man. Second to last gave me an idea...make a soup and hide the claws and when the kids dig in......🤣🤣🤣

Looks good. Darn good

Your presentation is on a whole other level.

We just shovel stuff onto plates haha. But, humans do eat with our eyes so guess I need to work on my presentation.

I can’t take credit for the salads, my other half is the artist. She always says that same thing, “We eat with our eyes!”!

As I sit here snacking a boars head deluxe ham, provolone, sopressatta sando as I choose what’s for dinner tonight. Not fair. Not fair.

I’m assuming you guys are Italian with those spreads?

I’ll be back home at my grill next week. Gotta make some of these.

That sliced steak looks PERFECT!

It’s actually pretty decent ( all season tires) but I don’t use it if I don’t have to. We also have a Chrysler minivan and a Subaru Forester. I’m 6’4” and it’s the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven, tons of leg room. Mine’s a ‘13 with the 5.7L (auto), there’s a 6 cylinder AWD version too. IMHO they are the best looking (not the fastest) modern-retro cars being made. But you know what they say about opinions! 🤣

A couple more tasty meals we’ve done in the last few nights.
Italian sausage, blistered cherry tomatoes, basil and orecchiette.

Eggplant stacks and spaghetti with sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, olives. Similar to this recipe, a much lighter version of eggplant parm. Yeah, I know… we eat a lot of pasta!
