Picanha Steak

Ordered this Picanha off of Weins Wagu a while back.
Thought it would be great for tonight.
Seasoned it up with Hardcore Black & my favorite sauce

Cooked it on the Hasty Bake, Hot & fast

Took it to 130*

Plated pic,
Sides were corn & some of Grandma's Noodles.
Deb has a way of fixing the noodles that is perfect.
The steak was real guud, very tender. Will have to order more of these.
