Pepper Stout Beef 1st Attempt.

Well I decided to finally give PSB a go on my 18.5" WSM. So When I was at the store buying the chuck roast I decided two pick up whole Chickens to go along with the PSB. I put the chucky on at 2:30 this afternoon here are a few pics. More to follow!

I forgot the jalapenos Tony. I believe I was a little distracted prepping & smoking two chickens on the bottom rack of the wsm. I also think that chickens contributed to the long cook.

It was delicious! I took some extra to work with me fro the boys to try out. I thought my buddy Mike was going to stab a coworker with his plastic knife for the last spoonful.
