I Have wanted to do a Paella for a few years now, and it doesn't help that the UCSD professor that throws the annual Super Bowl Party I'm invited to always does a great one!

And the remains!

I was nervous as it was my first, I couldn't find the special rice or special Spanish sausage
The bottom of the rice bed glazed perfectly and it was a big hit on Fathers Day!
