Got this one from Bobby Flay. Subbed flank steak for the short ribs.

Awesome! We wanted to do this with skirt steak but our go to beef supplier was out. I think it would have been better with the skirt but the flank was excellent.

Thanks for looking!

That's a beautiful meal! I'll tell you, you make the best looking garlic bread on TVWBB every time. That's an interesting flank dish, too.

Absolutely outstanding cook and beautiful photos of said cook!

Don,
Don't think for a minute that we didn't notice the MHL bottle.
I think you're working on getting an invite to the Jim Nation get together at the Pigvilion:p

Great stuff Don! Funny, I actually just made this Tuesday night, but used the boneless short ribs, as Flay did. After we cooked 'em, they were sliced into bite sized pieces and we ate them in lettuce wraps with some jasmine rice. It's a great recipe and I can't wait to do it again. Was thinking skirt steak as well.

Super nice looking meal! Bobby is one of my favourites, I've been watching him for over 15 years. Since he did the grilling and chilling show!!

farout supper to go Don!
Love the retro bottle of the BrewCityHopJuice...
butt this ▼ crazy picture ▼ steals my heart!
