Beautiful Friday evening in North Carolina. Have had a busy week, but some things turned out well and for that I'm very thankful. Had some thin boneless pork "chops" in the freezer and decided to cook 'em up for me and the Mrs.

Nothing too special...Royal Oak lump, Jumbo Joe. Pork seasoned with KS, P, Cumin (3 for Mrs.) and KS, P and Cajun Seasoning (3 for me). Started indirect and then finished with a sear. It was a good meal. Have a great weekend folks! Cook something, drink something, enjoy every minute.
