I usually don't glaze, but I decided to take these Scarbelly wings to a new level.

Per the norm, I injected with a concoction of franks and beer. Marinated for 4+ hours. Dusted with Chipotle, Garlic, and CBP.

Left four Wangs naked for the boys. No
Injection, dusted with salt and garlic.

Mini-WSM. Kingsford Blue, Cherry Chunks. High temp.

Flipped once. Glazed done.

Yeah the beer helps thin down the franks to make it easier to inject. I usually just use something cheap like keystone light . Sometimes I will add creole butter to the franks and beer. I also have added blue cheese to the injection!
